To return a Watch item to NEKTA, follow
our three step process:

Get Authorization Code.
Call 212-921-4647 and you will be
given a Return Authorization Code.
Write this code on the box, below
your return address.
Pack It Up. Include
all original boxes, instruction
sheets, warranty cards, and anything
else that may have come with your
watch. For security reasons, do not
write the word Watch anywhere on the
outside of the package.
Insure Your Shipment.
We recommend Shipping your package
via USPS Registered Mail, insured
for the full value and request a
return receipt.
These instructions are very
important, failure to follow the
instructions above will prevent the
processing of your return. If you

All returns are
subject to a 18% restocking fee.
Shipping charges will not be
refunded. Upon receiving your
return, the watch will be inspected
by NEKTA. Please note that items
showing signs of wear or those that
have been engraved, altered, sized,
or damaged in any way cannot be
accepted for return. Returns with no
NEKTA return authorization code, and
packages that are improperly
packaged or uninsured will be
excepted. Once we receive your
returned watch and it is accepted,
your refund or new item will be
processed in just a few days.
